Protecting your computer, your family, and your identity online is a lot easier with the right tools.
This CD contains some free programs that can help.

AVG Free
AVG is an anti-virus program that can protect your computer from computers viruses and worms that are attached to files or e-mail messages. By default, it will check for new anti-virus updates every day.

Windows Defender
Windows Defender is an anti-spyware tool. It works only with Windows XP or Vista, so users with older versions of Windows may want to try something else, such as Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition.

Firefox
Firefox is a web browser very similar to Internet Explorer, but arguably with more features and fewer security problems.

RoboForm
RoboForm is a password-manager and web-form-filler that will keep your online passwords and personal information safely encrypted on your computer, so that they can't be stolen by hackers.

Google Toolbar
The Google Toolbar provides helpful add-on features for your web browser. In addition to giving you fast, easy access to the Google Search engine, it can block pop-up windows, translate foreign web pages into English, spell-check your typing and more.
